Editorial and Review Policy
Utillica records inputs, formulas, sources, and limitations alongside each calculation, conversion, and generation tool in the code registry.
Authoring Principles
Tool content should include a definition, usage steps, formula or rule, reference table, FAQ, and sources. Browser-only tools state that input is processed locally.
Review Criteria
Changes must pass registry quality checks, typecheck, lint, and static page generation. Frontend widgets are verified in a real browser for rendering and core behavior.
Sources and Updates
Stable sources such as standards, RFCs, MDN, and official institutions are preferred. Features needing current rates, laws, medical, tax, or legal judgment are held until separately approved.
Limitations
Results are input-based references. They do not replace legal, medical, tax, investment, or safety judgment; users should verify real-world criteria before applying them.
Privacy and Local Processing
Most tools process input only in the browser. Sensitive identifier tools do not generate identifiers and mask validation output.
Translation review and disclosure
AI-assisted translations are labelled on the page and tracked in a review queue. They are never labelled professionally reviewed until a reviewer and review date are recorded. AI drafts may be indexed gradually only with that status disclosed.
